If using External webcamera the Minimum requirements

• USB 2.0 connection
• Compatibility: Laptops, LCD or CRT Monitors
• 720p HD video chatting

Headphones with microphone (not required, but suggested)

• The microphone and speakers in a laptop computer will work, but audio quality improves with external headphones.

Web Browser Requirements:

• Computer – The latest version of the Google Chrome browser or Firefox browser for computers

Internet connection speed

• Recommend: Cable or Fios internet speed
  • Download speed: 3Mbps/sec
  • Upload speed: 3Mbps/sec.
  • Test Internet connection speed using this link: http://www.speedtest.net/

Internet connection speed not at least 3Mbps/sec?

• Our platform can function at lower speeds but the quality of audio/video may not be very clear
• You can contact your Internet Service Provider about how to get faster upload and download speeds (may require purchasing a higher level internet service).
