TherAbilities, Inc., founded in 1999, is owned and directed by Central Pennsylvania native, Tammy Sarracino. Tammy resides in Hershey, PA with her husband and two children.

Educated for Community Service
Tammy is a graduate of Elizabethtown College’s occupational therapy program and Penn State’s education program. She is currently completing her occupational therapy doctorate with the University of Kansas.

Our Staff are Pediatric Specialists
Our licensed staff are local occupational, physical, speech therapists, and educators whom we have hand-picked for their commitment and focus on clinical pediatrics and school-based service delivery.

Regularly Supervised Therapy Staff
Our staff receive direct onsite supervision and daily access to TherAbilities’ school coordinators, Heidi Petschke and Tammy Sarracino. This ensures a highly effective level of service delivery and professionalism for students, teachers, and directors.

We Invest in our Staff
We provide continuing education benefits and training for all of our therapy staff, along with health, pension, and paid leave benefits for our full time employees. All of our staff are Safety Care certified providers.

Our Office Manager Ensures Effective Communication
Our office manager, Jessica Emes, is an educator who understands the needs of school professionals. Our office manager ensures that school directors, teachers, and parents receive timely communications and staff assistance.
